Michael Kramer

Michael V. Kramer received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles, before entering the PhD program in philosophy at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He recently received a Fulbright Scholarship to further his dissertation research at Universität Heidelberg, in affiliation with the Psychiatric Clinic. His dissertation aims to provide an account of psychedelic experience according to the philosophical tradition of phenomenology, principally through the work of Maurice Merleau-Ponty.
