Information for students
Students with an interest in psychedelic research are strongly encouraged to attend ICPR and engage in our discourse.
International conferences such as ICPR 2020 enable students to expand their knowledge by meeting leading experts from their respective fields. It provides a unique opportunity for students to meet like-minded members of the research community and build their network.
Attending ICPR can also aid students in their search for internships, which may ultimately put them in a strong competitive position for future steps in their careers.
Costs covered by university?
We realize conference fees may seem as obstacles for those with a smaller wallet. If you cannot afford the full fee, it is possible to pay in installments.
Ask your university if it reimburses certain costs!
Additionally, universities often provide travel grants or other subsidies to facilitate attending relevant conferences for (graduate) students. We advise all (PhD) students who do not have the financial means to attend our conference to inquire within their respective departments whether they may be eligible to receive financial reimbursement from their university.
We also encourage students to ask an academic supervisor about such possibilities and contact us if further information about ICPR is requested.
We have compiled a list of known student grants and financial subsidies. This list is not exhaustive – please inform within your own department!
